Hi Rick,

mortgage last Friday! I am very satisfied with the rate I got and I
want to thank you for making it a very easy transition from our old
mortgage to the new one. You answered all my questions that I had and

I wanted to write a quick note to let you both know that Bobby and I truly appreciate the professional manner with which your office conducts its business. While the loan officer's get a lot of the glory sometimes, it is clearly evident that you have a great team of processors working for you. Erica and Tammy are always pleasant on the phone and in e-mail and their response time is very quick. When a loan needs to be submitted, I know I can count on it coming in that day. You may be surprised, but with other shops, I'm told a file is being sent in and then wait a couple days before I ever see it. In this business, time is critical and your team clearly understands that the longer it is before an approval is made, the more time a borrower has to shop around.

As you know, I work with many, many shops in ME, NH, MA, VT and RI. Some of have decent loan officers and some have outstanding loan officers. Some shops are comprised of 1 person and others have over 50 people. Despite these differences, the one characteristic I've found in my travels that defines a branch's success is the quality of people they have processing their files. You can pay big bucks for top loan officers but lose out on that investment because you don't have a processor with the same sense of urgency, professionalism and knowledge. You and Shelly clearly understand this and have a great team in place that complements the quality of your loan officers.

Hello Rick,

I just wanted to thank you again for processing our refinanced mortgage earlier this year. It seems like a miracle as I look back at it now. Thanks to all of you good financial folks at SARA.
I think too about Ms. Zona who called once early in the year and when I turned her down, said she would call back when the rates drop. She did that and here we are in the final mortgage of our lives, hopefully.
